Privacy Policy

We collect the answers you give in the review, and your name, email address, phone number, business name, industry and revenue range when you choose to provide them. If you send a question or request a consultation, we also keep the message you write.

We use that information to produce and store your review, to email your report to you, and to contact you about it only if you checked the box asking us to.

Your information goes only to the companies that make this work: the provider that hosts the site and database, the provider that sends the email, and the customer relationship system Jocelyn uses to follow up. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

The site keeps your in-progress answers in your own browser's storage so you do not lose them between screens. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, by emailing jocelyn@sellmyocbusiness.com. We will take care of it.

If you live in California, you can ask what information we hold about you or ask us to delete it, and we will not treat you differently for asking. We do not sell personal information.
